Alt+N in TallyPrime — Auto Repeat Columns (Month-wise Report)

TallyPrime में Alt+N = Auto Repeat Columns। Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet या Stock Summary जैसे report में Alt+N दबाकर पूरा साल month-wise, quarter-wise या किसी और आधार पर अलग-अलग columns में एक साथ देखा जा सकता है।

Alt+N कहाँ चलता है?

Auto Columns screen में period के आधार (Monthly, Quarterly आदि) के अलावा Cost Centre, Godown जैसे आधार भी मिलते हैं — features चालू होने पर।

Example: P&L हर महीने के column में

Step	क्या करें
1	Alt+G → Profit & Loss A/c
2	F2 से period 1-Apr से 31-Mar रखें
3	Alt+N → Auto Columns: Monthly → Enter
4	12 columns में हर महीने की sales, expenses और profit दिखेगा

इस view को Excel में चाहिए तो Ctrl+E से export करें — columns वैसे ही आते हैं।

Common Mistakes

Period छोटा रखकर Alt+N

Period एक महीना हो तो monthly columns में एक ही column बनेगा। पहले F2 से पूरा period चुनें, फिर Alt+N।

Calculator के लिए Alt+N

Calculator की key Ctrl+N है (Amount field में Alt+C भी)। Alt+N सिर्फ report columns के लिए है।

Alt+N report में repeat columns बनाता है। Ctrl+N calculator panel खोलता या छिपाता है।

Auto columns कैसे हटाएं?

हर column पर Alt+D से delete करें, या report से बाहर निकलकर दोबारा खोलें — बिना save की गई view default पर लौट आती है।
