TallyPrime में Ctrl+Alt+U = Unused Voucher No. चुनना। Voucher entry में यह दबाते ही Voucher No. Details screen खुलती है — delete हुए voucher का खाली number नए voucher को देकर invoice series का gap भर सकते हैं।

यह कब काम आता है?

GST में sales invoice numbers लगातार होने चाहिए। मान लीजिए 1023 से 1027 तक invoices बनीं और 1023 गलती की वजह से delete करना पड़ा। Retain Original Voucher No. setting में बाकी numbers नहीं खिसकते और 1023 unused रह जाता है। अगली sale पर Ctrl+Alt+U से 1023 फिर से लगा सकते हैं।

Common Mistakes

Delete की जगह Cancel करना भूल जाना

Alt+X से cancel किया voucher number रखता है, इसलिए वह unused नहीं बनता। Number दोबारा चाहिए तो delete (Alt+D); series में cancelled दिखाना हो तो cancel।

Synchronisation वाली company में अंदाज़ा

TallyHelp के अनुसार sync में deleted vouchers के unused numbers destination पर नहीं जाते। Sync setup में numbering दोनों तरफ check करें।
