TallyPrime में built-in क्या है
TallyPrime Release 4.0 से Excel import built-in है:
- Alt+O (Import) → Masters / Transactions, File Format = Excel (Spreadsheet)
- Sample Excel File: TallyPrime का तैयार format भरकर import
- Mapping Templates: अपनी Excel के columns को TallyPrime fields से एक बार map करें, फिर बार-बार use करें

Common Mistakes
Backup के बिना import
गलत file एक बार में सैकड़ों गलत vouchers बना सकती है। हर import से पहले backup, पहली बार test company में।
Excel में नाम Tally masters से अलग
“Ramesh Elec.” और “Ramesh Electronics” अलग माने जाते हैं। Party, item और ledger names masters से exactly match करें या mapping तय करें।
