SMS Alert TDL — TallyPrime से Invoice, Receipt और Due Reminder SMS
Customer को invoice बनते ही amount का SMS, payment आते ही confirmation, और due date से पहले reminder: ये छोटे messages collection तेज़ करते हैं और phone calls कम करते हैं। SMS Alert TDL TallyPrime को आपके DLT-approved SMS gateway से जोड़कर ये alerts भेजती है।
TallyPrime में built-in क्या है
- SMS: Tally.ERP 9 में SMS feature था; Tally के TallyPrime FAQ के अनुसार यह TallyPrime में deprecated है, और mobile पर data के लिए Browser Access दिया गया है
- Payment Request: Payment gateway profile के साथ payment link e-mail, SMS या दोनों से share करने का option है (UPI QR में यह option नहीं)
- WhatsApp: TallyPrime with WhatsApp subscription से Alt+M (Share) से invoice, reminder letters और reports
- E-mail: Alt+M से e-mail; 7.1 में OAuth से secure login

Common Mistakes
DLT template से अलग text भेजना
Approved template से एक शब्द भी अलग हुआ तो SMS deliver नहीं होता। TDL में वही variables use करें जो template में approved हैं।
Party master में गलत या अधूरे numbers
Alert setup हो गया, पर आधी parties के numbers ही नहीं। Go-live से पहले mobile numbers की list साफ़ करें।
