TallyPrime TDL Error — Add-on Load नहीं हो रहा? TDL Management Fix
Add-on का menu नहीं दिख रहा, TDL लगाते ही error message आता है, या TallyPrime खुलते ही Memory Access Violation — TDL error का मतलब है कि customisation file सही जगह से load नहीं हुई या इस release से मेल नहीं खाती। पहला कदम हमेशा Ctrl+Alt+T (TDL Management) है।
TDL errors के messages हर TDL और developer के हिसाब से अलग होते हैं, इसलिए नीचे symptom के हिसाब से table है — screen पर दिखा message नोट करके developer को ज़रूर भेजें।

Fix steps — इसी क्रम में
- Backup first: Data folder की copy लें — गलत TDL कभी-कभी गलत data भी लिख सकती है।
- TDL Management: Ctrl+Alt+T या F1 (Help) → TDLs & Add-Ons। यहाँ कितनी TDLs configured हैं और कितनी loaded, local और account TDL अलग दिखती हैं।
- Path ठीक करें: F4 (Manage Local TDLs) → Load selected TDL files on startup = Yes, फिर Specify Path या Select from Drive से सही .tcp/.tdl file चुनें। Network folder की जगह local folder बेहतर है।
- Culprit ढूँढें: सभी TDLs में Load TDL = No करें (Ctrl+A से save), फिर एक-एक करके Yes करें। जिसके बाद error आए वही TDL दोषी है।
- Startup crash: TallyPrime खुल ही न रहा हो तो TDL Management तक पहुँचते ही Load selected TDL files on startup = No करें; विस्तार के लिए MAV guide देखें।
- Account TDL: F1 → Settings → License → Manage License में Update चलाकर restart करें।
- Tally plug-ins: Plug-In Management में status Error हो तो plug-in पर Shift+Enter से कारण देखें और Enter → R (Repair) करें; Restart Required हो तो TallyPrime restart करें।
- Release upgrade के बाद: Upgrade के बाद TDL चलना बंद हो तो developer से नई release वाला version लें — पुरानी release पर वापस जाना आखिरी विकल्प है।
