TallyPrime Errors List — हर Error का Solution एक जगह

TallyPrime error solution ढूँढ रहे हैं? नीचे हर आम error — license, startup, company data, GST/e-Invoice, printing, email, WhatsApp, TDL और sync — category-wise table में है, साथ में मुख्य कारण और पूरे fix guide का link। पहले “5 काम” वाली checklist करें, फिर अपना error table में ढूँढें।

यह list TallyPrime 7.x (current release 7.1) के हिसाब से है। Screen पर message की wording release के हिसाब से थोड़ी बदल सकती है — message के मुख्य शब्द या error code से match करें।

Error आने पर पहले ये 5 काम करें

Backup first: कोई भी fix, repair या reinstall करने से पहले TallyPrime बंद करें और पूरे data folder की copy दूसरी drive/pen drive पर लें। गलत repair से जो data जाता है वह सिर्फ backup से लौटता है।
Release और license देखें: F1 (Help) → About में release नंबर, और F1 → Settings → License → Manage License में license व TSS status। पुरानी release या expired TSS कई connected-service errors की जड़ है।
F1 → Troubleshooting: TallyPrime के अपने troubleshooting options (data repair, connected services reset आदि) यहीं हैं। Repair से पहले step 1 ज़रूर करें।
Restart: TallyPrime बंद करके दोबारा खोलें; एक से ज़्यादा instance खुले हों तो बंद करें। Network/printer वाले errors में computer restart भी मदद करता है।
Expert को बुलाएँ: Error बार-बार आए, company न खुले, या GST/banking जैसा पैसे-compliance वाला मामला हो — message का screenshot लेकर expert से बात करें। अंदाज़े से बार-बार repair/reactivate न करें।

कौन-सा error कितना गंभीर?

हर error एक जैसा नहीं होता। Printing, email, WhatsApp, export, browser access — इनमें data सुरक्षित रहता है, बस वह feature रुकता है; आराम से guide follow करें। License और TSS errors में data सुरक्षित है पर काम रुकता है — license files से छेड़छाड़ न करें। Data corrupted, migration, backup/restore, split company और sync वाले errors में गलत कदम से data जा सकता है — यहाँ backup के बिना कुछ न करें और शक हो तो पहले expert से बात करें। GST, e-Invoice और banking errors compliance और पैसे से जुड़े हैं — portal पर status confirm किए बिना दोबारा upload या payment न भेजें।

Common Mistakes

Error आते ही TallyPrime uninstall/reinstall करना

ज़्यादातर errors license, settings, driver या data से आते हैं — reinstall से ठीक नहीं होते, उल्टा license files और settings बिगड़ सकती हैं। पहले message पढ़ें और सही guide follow करें।

Backup लिए बिना repair या restore चलाना

Repair या restore बीच में fail हो तो वापसी का रास्ता नहीं बचता। हर fix से पहले पूरे data folder की copy अलग drive पर।

Error message का screenshot न रखना

बाद में सिर्फ “error आ रहा था” बताने से सही कारण पकड़ना मुश्किल होता है। Message या code का screenshot लें — expert का आधा काम वहीं हो जाता है।

FAQ

TallyPrime में error आए तो सबसे पहले क्या करें?

कुछ भी बदलने से पहले data folder का backup लें और screen पर दिखा message या error code नोट करें। फिर इस list में उसी category का guide खोलें।

क्या हर TallyPrime error में data खराब हो जाता है?

नहीं। License, printing, email, WhatsApp, export जैसे ज़्यादातर errors में data सुरक्षित रहता है। Data खराब होने का खतरा data corruption, बीच में बंद हुए backup/restore या गलत repair में होता है।

TallyPrime की Troubleshooting कहाँ है?

F1 (Help) > Troubleshooting में repair, connected services reset जैसे options मिलते हैं। Data repair से पहले हमेशा backup लें।

Error code नहीं दिख रहा, सिर्फ message है — guide कैसे ढूँढें?

Message किस काम के समय आया (खोलते समय, entry, GST upload, print, share) उसी हिसाब से इस page की category table देखें। Message के मुख्य शब्द table के पहले column से मिलाएँ।

Release update करने से error ठीक हो जाता है?

कई connected services (WhatsApp, e-mail login, GST, banking) के errors पुरानी release से आते हैं, इसलिए latest release मदद करती है। लेकिन update से पहले backup और TSS validity check ज़रूरी है।
