Alt+F2 in TallyPrime — Company Period बदलें (पिछले साल की Reports)

Alt+F2 TallyPrime में company का period (From–To) बदलता है। Period बदलते ही Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, Day Book सब उसी period की दिखने लगती हैं — new financial year शुरू होने के बाद पिछले साल का data देखने के लिए यही key है।

Alt+F2 कहाँ काम करता है?

Reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance)	Company period बदलकर report उसी period में दोबारा दिखती है
Voucher की date बदलनी हो	Alt+F2 नहीं, F2 दबाएँ

1	Gateway of Tally पर Alt+F2
2	From: 1-4-2025, To: 31-3-2026 → Enter
3	Balance Sheet खोलें — अब 31-3-2026 की position दिखेगी
4	काम खत्म होने पर फिर Alt+F2 से current year का period लगा दें

Common Mistakes

Period वापस न बदलना

पिछले साल की report देखकर period वैसा ही छोड़ दिया तो नई entries की date पुराने साल में चली जा सकती है। काम के बाद current period वापस set करें।

नए साल के लिए नई company बना देना

TallyPrime में एक company में कई साल चलते हैं, closing balance अपने आप carry forward होते हैं। बस Alt+F2 से period बदलें — split या new company ज़रूरत हो तभी बनाएँ।

FAQ

What does Alt+F2 do in TallyPrime?

Alt+F2 company का current period बदलता है। उसके बाद Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Day Book जैसी reports नए period के अनुसार खुलती हैं।

क्या Alt+F2 से financial year बदल जाता है?

नहीं। Alt+F2 सिर्फ़ देखने और entry का working period बदलता है। Books beginning date या company data इससे नहीं बदलता।

नए साल के लिए नई company बनानी पड़ती है क्या?

ज़रूरी नहीं। एक ही company में कई साल चल सकते हैं; पिछले साल का data देखने के लिए Alt+F2 से period बदल लें।

Alt+F2 और F2 में क्या फर्क है?

F2 सिर्फ़ current voucher या report की date बदलता है, Alt+F2 company स्तर पर period बदलता है।
