TallyPrime Reports Browser और Mobile पर कैसे देखें — Browser Access Setup
TallyPrime की reports — Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Day Book, Outstandings, Stock Summary आदि — आप office से बाहर किसी भी browser या mobile पर देख सकते हैं। यह “Reports on Browser” सुविधा TallyPrime Release 1.0 (10 September 2020) से है, जब इसने पुराने SMS feature की जगह ली; Release 2.0 (27 July 2021) में इसे mobile-responsive design मिला — Day Book में तारीख आगे-पीछे करना, Scale Factor और Show Details जैसे options।

Setup — steps

| 1. Browser access on करें | Company में F11 (Features) → Enable Browser Access for Reports = Yes (upgrade हुई companies में पहले से on रहता है)। |
| 2. Company connect करें | Alt+K (Company) → Connect → E-mail ID for Browser Access में Tally.NET user चुनें या New User दें, Enter। Gateway of Tally में company के आगे (c) दिखेगा। |
| 3. और users को access | Security on करके Alt+K → Users and Passwords में user की Tally.NET ID के लिए Allow Browser Access = Yes करें। |
| 4. Tally.NET user बनाएं | User Tally.NET पर नहीं है तो account admin, Tally portal के Control Centre → User Management में user बनाकर Tally.NET Services enable करे। |
| 5. Browser में देखें | User tallysolutions.com पर अपनी Tally.NET ID से login करे → Reports → connected company चुने → report खोले, drill down करे या PDF/Excel download करे। |
Security level से तय होता है कौन-सी reports दिखेंगी — Owner और Auditor को सभी, जबकि Tally.NET User level पर लगभग 11 reports। Display access से सिर्फ देखना, Print access से download भी।
क्या नहीं कर सकते — Limits
- सिर्फ देखना और PDF/Excel download — browser से voucher या master बना/बदल नहीं सकते।
- एक समय में एक company; Group Company reports नहीं दिखतीं।
- F12 configurations, saved views और shortcut keys browser में नहीं चलते।
- बहुत बड़ी report (लगभग 10,000 lines से ज़्यादा) नहीं खुलती — period छोटा करें।
- Office PC sleep/hibernate में गया या internet गया तो browser में data नहीं आएगा। Screen lock से फर्क नहीं पड़ता।
- सिर्फ English में reports।
अगर बाहर से entry भी करनी है तो browser access काफी नहीं — उसके लिए Tally on Cloud या remote access देखें।
किसके काम का
Owners जो travel में outstanding और cash position देखना चाहते हैं, CA/auditor जिन्हें client की reports बिना data copy के चाहिए, और branch managers जिन्हें सिर्फ देखने का access देना है।
Common Mistakes
Office में TallyPrime बंद करके घर से report खोलना
Company Offline दिखेगी। Office computer पर TallyPrime चालू, company connected और sleep mode off रखें।
User को Tally.NET पर बनाया पर company में access नहीं दिया
Login होता है पर company list खाली दिखती है। Users and Passwords में Allow Browser Access = Yes करें। बाकी errors के लिए Browser access errors देखें।
