Material In और Material Out Voucher in TallyPrime — Job Work Entry (Principal Manufacturer)

TallyPrime में job work के लिए Material Out और Material In vouchers हैं, दोनों F10 (Other Vouchers) में मिलते हैं। Principal manufacturer के रूप में Material Out से raw material job worker को भेजते हैं और Material In से तैयार माल वापस लेते हैं। ये inventory vouchers हैं — stock एक godown से दूसरे में जाता है, कोई ledger entry नहीं बनती।

Setup

Job work enable	F11 → Show More Features = Yes, Show All Features = Yes → Enable Job Order Processing = Yes
Job worker ledger	Sundry Creditors में, GSTIN और State के साथ
Job worker godown	Create Master → Godown, जैसे “Ramesh Tailors (Job Worker)”
BOM	Finished goods item पर Set Components (BOM) = Yes
Voucher type	Material Out/In में Use for Job Work In = No (principal manufacturer); Material In में Allow consumption = Yes हो तो raw material अपने आप consume

Voucher कहाँ मिलेंगे?

Alt+G → Create Voucher → F10 (Other Vouchers) → Material Out (या Material In)। पहली बार activate करें। इनकी अलग shortcut key नहीं है। चाहें तो पहले Job Work Out Order (वह भी F10 में) बनाकर Material Out/In उसके against कर सकते हैं — order का stock या accounts पर असर नहीं होता।

4	Material In — items	Finished goods, quantity, अपना godown; source = job worker godown → Ctrl+A
5	F9 Purchase	Job worker का bill (job work charges)
6	F5 Payment	Bill-wise भुगतान

Worked example

Accurate Garments ने 2 June को Ramesh Tailors (job worker) को 500 Mtr fabric (₹150/Mtr) shirts सिलने भेजा। BOM: 1 shirt = 2.5 Mtr। 20 June को 200 shirts वापस आईं; job charges ₹40/shirt।

Example में GST छोड़ा है; job work service पर लागू GST rate के हिसाब से purchase में Input GST ledgers जोड़ें।

Reports और GST compliance

Alt+G में Stock With Job Worker, Material Out Register, Material In Register और Material Movement Register मिलते हैं। Material Out पर भेजे inputs 1 साल (capital goods 3 साल) में वापस आने चाहिए, और job work challans का ब्योरा ITC-04 में जाता है — देखें Job Work और ITC-04। Material Out पर e-Way Bill भी बन सकता है (हमारी book, अध्याय 19)।

Job worker हों तो: उल्टा flow — Material In से principal का raw material लें और Material Out से तैयार माल लौटाएं; voucher type में job work वाला option Yes रखें।

Common Mistakes

Job worker को raw material Sales/Delivery Note से भेजना

Sale दिखती है और GST गलत लगता है। अपना माल job work पर Material Out से ही भेजें।

Material In में consumption दो बार

Allow consumption = Yes होते हुए अलग Stock Journal से भी fabric घटाना। एक ही तरीका चुनें।

Job worker के लिए अलग godown न बनाना

पता नहीं चलता बाहर कितना माल पड़ा है। Job worker godown बनाएं।

FAQ

Material Out aur Material In ki shortcut key kya hai?

अलग shortcut नहीं है। Alt+G → Create Voucher → F10 (Other Vouchers) → Material Out या Material In चुनें।

Job work feature कैसे enable करें?

F11 (Company Features) में Show More Features और Show All Features = Yes करके Enable Job Order Processing = Yes करें, फिर Ctrl+A।

Kya Material Out se GST ya ledger entry banti hai?

नहीं। Material Out और Material In सिर्फ stock को अपने godown से job worker के godown और वापस ले जाते हैं। Job worker के charges की entry F9 Purchase से होती है।

Job worker के पास भेजा माल कितने समय में वापस आना चाहिए?

GST नियम के अनुसार inputs 1 साल और capital goods 3 साल में वापस आने चाहिए, वरना उसे supply मानकर tax देना पड़ सकता है। Material Out/In से यह track रहता है।

Job worker के पास पड़ा stock कैसे देखें?

Alt+G में Stock With Job Worker report खोलें; Material Out Register और Material In Register भी इसी तरह मिलते हैं।
