Unsecured loan का ledger Unsecured Loans group में बनाएं, जो Loans (Liability) Primary group का sub-group है। जिस loan के पीछे कोई asset गिरवी नहीं है — relatives, friends, directors या दूसरी firms से लिया पैसा — वह इसी में आता है।

Accurate Traders को 1 April को Mohan Lal से ₹5,00,000 loan bank में मिला, 12% सालाना interest पर। 31 March को साल का interest ₹60,000 — TDS 194A @10% = ₹6,000।

अब Mohan Lal का loan balance ₹5,54,000 होगा (interest loan में जुड़ गया)। Interest bank से दे दें तो loan ledger की जगह Bank credit होगा।

Report में कहाँ दिखेगा?

Balance Sheet → Loans (Liability) → Unsecured Loans। Schedule III में इसे Long-term या Short-term Borrowings (repayment term के अनुसार) में दिखाया जाता है; company में director से loan अलग disclose होता है।

Common Mistakes

Loan को Capital Account में डालना

Owner के रिश्तेदार का पैसा capital नहीं है। इसे Unsecured Loans में रखें, वरना interest और repayment गलत दिखेगा।

सभी lenders का एक ही “Unsecured Loan” ledger

TDS return और tax audit में party-wise details चाहिए। हर lender का अलग ledger।

Cash में loan लेना/लौटाना

₹20,000 या ज़्यादा cash loan पर Section 269SS/269T में penalty लग सकती है।

Partner का capital Capital Account में और partnership deed के अनुसार अलग से दिया loan Unsecured Loans में रखें। दोनों को मिलाने से interest calculation गलत होता है।

हर lender का अलग ledger बनाना ज़रूरी है?

हाँ। Unsecured Loans group के अंदर हर व्यक्ति/firm का अलग ledger बनाएं — TDS, interest और tax audit (loan accepted details) के लिए party-wise जानकारी चाहिए।

Unsecured loan cash me le sakte hain?

Section 269SS के अनुसार ₹20,000 या ज़्यादा का loan cash में लेना मना है; bank/account payee cheque/online से ही लें।
