Alt+F8 in TallyPrime — Delivery Note Shortcut (और Report में Post-Dated Transactions)

Alt+F8 voucher screen में Delivery Note खोलता है — जब माल पहले भेजते हैं और sales invoice बाद में बनती है। Ledger Vouchers report में यही key post-dated transactions को भी report में शामिल कर देती है। हमारी book (अध्याय 27) में भी Alt+F8 = Delivery Note ही दिया है।

Alt+F8 कहाँ-कहाँ काम करता है?

Example: माल आज भेजा, bill कल बनेगा

Step	क्या करें
1	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → Alt+F8
2	Party A/c: customer, Sales ledger चुनें
3	Items और quantity भरें (dispatch details भी) → Ctrl+A
4	अगले दिन F8 Sales invoice में उसी Delivery Note का tracking number चुनें

Common Mistakes

Invoice में Delivery Note link न करना

Link न करने से stock दोबारा घट जाता है और Delivery Note pending दिखती रहती है। Sales invoice में tracking number से Delivery Note चुनें।

Alt+F8 से voucher post-dated करने की कोशिश

Alt+F8 report में post-dated entries सिर्फ़ दिखाता है। Voucher को post-dated बनाने के लिए Ctrl+T।
