F8 in TallyPrime — Sales Voucher Shortcut

TallyPrime में F8 Sales Voucher खोलता है — यानी GST invoice बनाने की screen। ध्यान रखें: Alt+F8 Delivery Note और Ctrl+F8 Sales Order खोलता है, Sales invoice नहीं।

F8 कहाँ काम करता है?

Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → F8 — Sales Voucher Creation।
Voucher entry के दौरान F8 से Sales में switch।
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Bank Reconciliation आदि reports में F8 का अलग काम है (जैसे HSN validate, ITC breakup देखना)।

Step	क्या करें
1	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → F8
2	Ctrl+H से Item Invoice mode चुनें
3	Party A/c name चुनें (नई party हो तो Alt+C)
4	Sales ledger, stock item, quantity, rate भरें
5	CGST/SGST या IGST ledger चुनें — tax अपने आप calculate होगा
6	Ctrl+A से save, Ctrl+P से print

Multiple GST registrations हों तो voucher में F3 से सही registration चुनें। e-Invoice applicable है तो save के बाद IRN generate करें — देखें e-Invoice in TallyPrime।

Common Mistakes

Ctrl+F8 से Credit Note ढूँढना

यह Tally.ERP 9 की आदत है। TallyPrime में Credit Note = Alt+F6, Ctrl+F8 = Sales Order।

Delivery Note के बाद invoice में फिर से stock घटाना

Invoice बनाते समय Tracking No. से Delivery Note link करें, वरना stock दो बार कम होगा।

Accounting Invoice में stock items ढूँढना

Items चाहिए तो Ctrl+H से Item Invoice mode चुनें।
