Ctrl+F6 in TallyPrime — Rejection In Voucher Shortcut

Ctrl+F6 TallyPrime में Rejection In voucher खोलता है — customer ने आपका भेजा माल reject करके लौटा दिया, उसे वापस stock में लेने के लिए। हमारी book (अध्याय 27) में भी Ctrl+F6 = Rejection In ही दिया है।

Ctrl+F6 कहाँ काम करता है?

Screen	Ctrl+F6 दबाने पर
Gateway → Vouchers (या voucher entry)	Rejection In voucher (Inventory Vouchers)
Rejection In screen	Customer, item, quantity, godown भरें

Example: Delivery के बाद 3 pcs लौटे

Step	क्या करें
1	माल Alt+F8 Delivery Note या F8 Sales से गया था
2	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → Ctrl+F6
3	Party: customer; item, 3 pcs, जिस godown में रखा उसका नाम
4	Ctrl+A — stock 3 pcs बढ़ा
5	Invoice पहले बन चुकी हो तो customer के account के लिए Alt+F6 Credit Note बनाएँ

Rejection In से सिर्फ़ quantity वापस आती है; customer का outstanding और GST इससे नहीं बदलते। इसलिए invoice बन चुकी हो तो Credit Note वाला step न छोड़ें। मूल बिक्री की entry: Sales Voucher guide।

Common Mistakes

Rejection In से customer का balance घटने की उम्मीद

Rejection In inventory voucher है, ledger पर असर नहीं डालता। Invoice बन चुकी हो तो Credit Note भी बनाएँ।

Godown न चुनना

Multiple godowns हों और rejected माल अलग “Rejected” godown में रखा हो तो वही चुनें। गलत godown से usable stock बढ़ा हुआ दिखेगा।
