F6 in TallyPrime — Receipt Voucher Shortcut

TallyPrime में F6 Receipt Voucher खोलता है। Customer से payment, advance, interest received, किसी loan की रकम — Cash या Bank में जो भी पैसा आता है, वह F6 में दर्ज होता है।

F6 कहाँ काम करता है?

Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → F6 — Receipt Voucher Creation।
Voucher entry के दौरान F6 दबाकर Receipt में switch करें।
GSTR-1, Bank Connections जैसी reports में F6 का काम अलग है (जैसे GSTIN validate करना) — वहाँ Receipt नहीं खुलता।

Example: Customer से ₹1,18,000 NEFT

Step	क्या करें
1	Gateway of Tally → Vouchers → F6
2	Account: HDFC Bank (जिसमें पैसा आया)
3	Particulars: Sharma Traders (customer) — ₹1,18,000
4	Bill-wise Details: Agst Ref → संबंधित sales invoice चुनें
5	Bank Allocations में NEFT/UTR भरें → Ctrl+A

Entry: HDFC Bank A/c Dr ₹1,18,000 / To Sharma Traders ₹1,18,000। Invoice से adjust होने पर customer की outstanding शून्य दिखेगी।

Common Mistakes

Customer receipt को Sales (F8) में डालना

Sale पहले F8 में बुक होती है, पैसा आने पर F6। दोनों अलग entries हैं — वरना sales दोगुनी दिखेगी।

Own cash deposit को Receipt मानना

अपना cash bank में डालना income नहीं है। यह F4 Contra है।

On Account में डाल देना

Bill से adjust न करने पर ageing और reminders गलत आते हैं। Agst Ref या Advance सही चुनें।
